Return & exchange period

You may exchange or return a product within 14 days of receipt, keeping the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return conditions

• The product is in its original, unused condition with complete packaging and accessories.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
• Perishable goods and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened are excluded, as permitted by law.

Defective or non-conforming products

If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund within 14 days, and Bloom Home covers the return cost in this case.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or in cash for Cash-on-Delivery orders.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014. Any clause that restricts your legal rights is null and void. Disputes may be raised with the Consumer Protection Department, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
